These terms apply to shopping at Karveen, www.karveen.com. Our store sells clothing and accessories and is hosted on Shopify. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to karveenwomanfashionandclothing@gmail.com.
You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. Use accurate contact, billing, and delivery details. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, malicious software, or interference with other users.
Review the description, size information, color, quantity, and selected options before placing an order. Images and screen colors may vary slightly from the physical item. This does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or an incorrect or defective product.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Availability and payment must be confirmed before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill your order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is cancelled, amounts paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and at checkout. The checkout shows available delivery methods, any applicable shipping charges and taxes, and the total before you submit payment. Promotions apply only when their stated conditions are met. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees separately.

Our Return and refund policy explains cancellations, our change-of-mind policy, and help with damaged, incorrect, or missing orders. These policies form part of the purchase information and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Reviews must describe a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful content or another person's private information. By submitting content you have the right to share, you permit Karveen and its review service provider to display that content in connection with the store and the relevant product. You retain ownership of your content. Contact us about a privacy or content concern.
Store text, branding, and images are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce them commercially without the relevant rights holder's permission. Third-party links and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to keep product information and the website accurate and available, but errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us so we can investigate and correct an issue. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a warranty, remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
